Fathers Rights Visitation Denial…Oh No! Mom May Go To Jail
Fathers rights visitation denial case … Oh No! Mom May Go To Jail! Ya think? Civilized society would completely breakdown in a flash if it were to give way to the kind of twisted logic on display here by this mother.
I don’t see any evidence of, or credible allegations of, threatening behavior aimed at the children, on the father’s part, that would make reasonable individuals afraid that physical harm was being contemplated against the children by the father.
Could physical violence occur in this situation? Unfortunately humans are unpredictable, and that goes for the father, the mother, a stranger — anyone with the capability. Therefore, no guarantee of any kind can keep the little ones safe. In fact, I have seen cases where unduly putting a person in a corner by inflexibility, bias, denial of rights, or abandonment of the rule of law in exchange for the blind emotional ‘ end justifies the means ‘ logic being pushed here by some, can have devastating results.
I believe a plausible argument could be made contrary to the mother’s position, that indeed she is the one actually demonstrating a propensity to ‘ snap ‘, seeking a final vengeful solution herself.

After the divorce, though, Kennedy was granted visitation rights.
Now to the father in this case. I can’t speak to your other legal problems except to say, guilty or not, you are not a victim. That is to say, in the absolute privacy of your own mind, don’t blame anyone but yourself for your current state of affairs. Defend yourself as you must, but take the full impact of your responsibilities as a father starting today… clearly you have not thus far, or it is fair to say you wouldn’t be where you are.
Face what ever mistakes you have made, privately within yourself alone, and resolve from this day forward to always be the father who loves and wants the genuine love-based respect of his children. Change your current self image which is the basis for your predicament today, and replace it with one that reflects that of the best loving and respected father you can be. Drop your fears and begin changing your direction today, as needed. Your children, society, and your dreams need you! Dads Can Win!

Fathers Rights Visitation Is Important … Let’s Keep Dads Vitally Involved!
Fathers rights visitation is essential — the evidence is in. The court has ruled and issued its order. No amount of shrill mindless blogging or jumping to conclusions will change the new question before the court. Has this misguided mother actively and knowingly deprived her former husband of his parental rights? Has she intentionally and repeatedly defied the court’s order?
Fathers Rights – Utah Men, Beware Of The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly!!
Fathers Rights – Men Beware Of The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly….. especially Utah men! The world is changing right under your feet, right in front of your eyes. Some good. Some bad. Some change is nothing but a mirage, i.e., same book, different cover, and you definitely have to read between the lines!
And, if you haven’t been, you need to follow the advice my father gave me when I was old enough to get myself into trouble, ” Son, protect yourself at all times! ”
It is true! You need to read about every thing you can affecting your world, whether it is about fiat money and the banking establishment, mortgages and foreclosures, jobs and careers, or paternity, parenting, custody, visitation, and child support rights. Take nothing for granted as true, accurate, or necessarily in your best interest is the only safe course. Here is a case in point.
Biological fathers could receive notice of adoptions under SB100 – Deseret News – Fathers Rights
Biological fathers could receive notice of adoptions under SB100Deseret NewsSALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Senate gave preliminary approval Thursday to legislation that would create a mechanism for unmarried biological fathers to get notice of pending ado …
First let me say, that any move to preserve fathers parenting rights and the fathers rights to see his child is welcome — that is the good news! The bad news is that it is presented by Deseret News in a way that begs the conclusion that upon alleged notice, the alleged father in question has a 30 day window to acknowledge the notice, declare paternity, and register with the state and begin paying child support. In the alternative, if he does not respond timely and the adoption goes through, then he loses all rights to protest the adoption.
Even unmarried fathers have family law rights and resulting strategies available to them other than simply ‘admit and pay’ or ‘ lose out’ on something that is your right as this news article seems to suggest.. Blindly following this ‘ either or presentation ‘ may well cause major regret later on.
At a minimum, such questions as, has paternity been proven? Do you have any history of any kind with the mother and or the child since its birth? Whose name is on the birth certificate and were all procedures properly followed? Are there any possible issues of parental alienation, interference with parenting or visitation rights ?

Fathers Rights: Shared Parenting … Way Past Due!
Fathers rights and shared parenting should go hand in hand. Good for the UK government ministry that, in spite of heavy opposition and some misgivings about joint custody child support, was able to muster the clarity to give some consideration to a number of simple irrevocable principles and come out with a announcement backing shared parenting legislation according to the UK Guardian.
However tenuous, in an age where the double edged knife of policies engendered by government and the financial elite have brought about near 30% true unemployment rates in countries like the USA and politically greedy prosecutors with their knee jerk ‘ let’s go after fathers for child support ‘ mentality, even when the system is very possibly corrupt and works against fathers visitation rights, any sign of sanity is welcome.
This is not the end of the road by any means when it comes to achieving parity on joint custody, fathers rights to see children, and related issues. After all, we are looking at 60 years of legislative and judicial/related enforcement abuse, on a multi-national front, of an otherwise natural sacred aspect of human dynamics that, relative to current levels of wrongful interference and intervention, has been the direct cause of a terrible waste of resources and incalculable irreversible damage to the emotional rights of countless millions of children and parents that in any other setting would have been seriously criminal and/or tortuous!
Vigilance and dedication to the continued fight to rectify the awful distortion and pain in the natural area of human dynamics essentially brought on by political development and manipulation of so-called gender politics. The so-called shared parenting solution has become clearly bedraggled by a plethora of neurotic interests, considerations, and other red herrings bringing it to near impotent status as the article below demonstrates. In any event, a huge but very cautious thanks from fathers custody rights groups worldwide for the modicum of wisdom and leadership that is beginning to be shown here.
Imagine what could have been done if this waste could somehow be salvaged and re-spent on solving the real issues of society such as unbiased actual prosecution and punishment of aggressor-based war crimes, government-based international theft of natural resources, nuclear proliferation, greed and disaster based poverty and hunger. the development and sharing of eco friendly alternative energy resources…I could go on and on, but any honest, even elementary intellect can grasp the validity of this logic. One Trillion U.S. federal dollars per year are being spent on non-marraige solutions and promotions!
Ideas have consequences…let’s hope this idea has begun to take hold!

Fathers Rights and Society Mandates Change Now!
Remember these facts ( and there are many more ) when contemplating or speaking about such issues as fathers custody rights:
1. 63% of all youth suicides happen in fatherless homes

3. Gov’t is wasting $1 Trillion per year in support of non marraige causes –well know human rights advocate, Phyllis Schlafley
Fathers Rights Child Support Routinely Violated By Legal Work Around!
Fathers Rights Child Support perspective dictates, it doesn’t take even a mediocre lawyer to understand that arcane child support formulas and policies cause more harm than they do actual good when it comes to getting both parents to participate adequately in the support of their children.
Judges and enforcement types should first be required to work for several years in a more common occupation, i.e., one that was subject to low wages, no health insurance, a complete lack of job insecurity, and the utter inability to seek the advice of an attorney, never mind hire one! That way , maybe they would be better prepared to make ruling on situations they don’t fully appreciate.
I know that may sound a little off the wall, but think about it. Fairness requires, among other things, the judge to look at both law and equity. I watched a judge sentence a slum landlord, who, by the way, was a board certified surgeon in Southern California, to thirty days house arrest in one of his vacant slum dwellings under the same conditions he often imposed on his tenants, i.e., no heat, running water, and no electricity. This physician got thoroughly educated in 30 days, believe me!
Fathers challenge jail sentences for child support Columbus Ledger-Enquirer”We absolutely have a modern day debtor’s prison,” said Sarah Geraghty of the Southern Center for Human Rights, the Atlanta-based organization representing the fathers. “They a …
The point is, those who judge society aught to be required to live as ‘the other half of the world does’, perhaps then public policy and sentencing would be more fair and proper.
Fathers Rights Child Support Are Not Casual Issues
Perhaps then, this common business of violating fathers parental rights by bad custody, visitation, and parenting case rulings, massive wasted resources, or by de facto debtors jail sentences can be slowed to a dull roar. Frankly, it doesn’t take even a mediocre lawyer to determine the incalculable harm the legislators, courts, and lawyers have caused.
