Fathers rights to see children has some great news! MOTHERS BEWARE! A dedicated father who has been fighting hard, in a tough international case, for the last four years to be allowed to be part of his daughter’s childhood, wins custody.
According to the news story below, the father just won his custody case. The mother in this precedent setting case has agreed to cooperate in the immediate return of the child who is expected to arrive home in time for Christmas!

Mothers need to sit up and take notice that there are harsh consequences for illegal interference with custody orders and fathers visitation rights and be involved in the lives of their children.

The judiciary, in all states, needs to be encouraged to accelerate the adjustment of public policy toward steering family law cases to work out sufficient differences between the parties so a practical joint parenting and custody plan can be worked out for the benefit, of what should be acknowledged by all parties, as the most important party in the cases, the children.
In the mean time, there are far too many fathers, non-custodial fathers, who haven’t or can’t see their own children, as if non custodial fathers don’t hurt. Some times it is by vicious and unwise court ruling, sometimes it is by oppressive lies and legal tactics taken by a foolish ex wife, sometimes as in this case, it is by outright parental abduction and unlawful flight to a foreign jurisdiction, and some times the hurting non custodial father hurts too much and is too financially challenged to fight the long uphill battle often required to get done that which is the right thing.
