Fathers Rights Demands Equality In Child Custody Cases

Fathers rights are at stake!  Hey guys…Wake Up! That which at one time has been a very prejudiced and damaging  policy of “justice” against non custodial fathers for decades, forming a major blight on the history of justice in the USA, is slowly righting itself!

There is news out there that is both positive and of vital interest to non custodial fathers rightsNon Custodial Parent Rights, indeed, non- custodial parents everywhere – news that potentially involves your money and most important, the future of your relationship with your children.

Dads Can Win has been saying that it is imperative that public policy change. The ‘wheels of justice’ move incredibly slow, sometimes causing incalculable damage to individuals, families, and society at large. In the last year or two, Dads Can Win has changed with the times, and, now, we are saying that what has heretofore been men’s generally despicable fortunes in the family law arena are finally improving, little by little. Sadly, however, most men remain oblivious to the changing fortunes of fathers rights  and their implications to families and society every where.

Fathers Rights Get A Boost

Even around the globe, happily, we have also been seeing important changes of direction in the areas of public policy towards fathers visitation rights, fathers custody rights, and even proper administration of child support issues. For example, just yesterday, 17 November, 2011, even the extremely conservative Swiss government indicated through its Simonetta Sommaruga, who issued a release which stated, “…..we’re thus introducing equal rights to the issue of custody,” clearly indicating that, “this had been demanded above all by fathers.”

Simonetta Sommaruga, Swiss Justice Minister

http://www.SwissInfo.ch  Child custody to be shared between parents summarized the development by saying, “The Swiss cabinet has decided in the future, parents should have joint custody of their children where one parent will be favoured only when it involves the protection of the child. Sommaruga’s proposal was welcomed by all political parties as well as men’s and fathers’ associations.”

Fathers must quit being intimidated and quit buying into these street myths of blanket wrongly prejudiced family law court treatment. The nation should not forget the long suffered blight of injustice suffered primarily by non custodial fathers rights in general and by men and their children, specifically, but it is now time for the men to move on confidently and with vigilance.

They must righteously get involved, on a personal level themselves, in the process of resolving  support, parenting, child visitation, and custody issues – both in learning the current state of the law, court positions and public policy attitudes. Not just the individual men but children and society at large are the ultimate losers when they do not. Believe it! Non custodial dads are winning child support cases, modification cases, fathers visitation rights cases, and fathers  custody cases.

The full expense of an attorney isn’t always necessary because very knowledgeable and experienced fathers rights support groups are now available online for reasonable fee, judges are more knowledgeable and fair, and  at least one excellent book, Dads Can Win is available for under $30 which provides encouragement, information, great resources, and shows how dads are winning and how you can too!.

Fathers Rights Today Thoughts Shared By USA Attorney

For example in the USA, shared custody presents new and improved possibilities for men going through divorce according to Christina G. DeBernardis, Attorney, author of Shared Physical Custody, A Growing Trend. DeBernardis states, “You can seek shared physical custody, if your spouse does not agree, provided that your situation warrants a shared physical custody arrangement.”  For more information on this resource at http://www.CGDLegal.com

So as you can see, solutions which are inherently more fair and wise like shared custody, cited above by Attorney De Bernadis, are emerging in the changing world of the law.  Spread the word! Please, share this information with others who need help and people who know men that need help with these often traumatic issues.

Believe it! Much has changed, and Dad’s who get walked on because they didn’t try will no doubt continue to carry their stories, which unfortunately get passed on in the street, perpetuating the now crumbling myth about how prejudiced and impossible the plight of fathers rights is today in family law court. — Authored by Beau Champaign
