All the while, reportedly, as ‘ Idaho’s (supposed) finest ‘ refuse to do their jobs of enforcing lawful court orders for visitation, It would appear that too many times the judicial branch conveniently turns a blind eye, more or less, in a sort of ‘ catch 22 ‘ which eventually discourages the fathers to the extent that many quit making the efforts they had been making because of their history of futility — then, sadly, all of society loses.

An organized and proper citizen based statewide investigation should be undertaken to see to what extent this is really happening . When factual results are in hand supporting these and other claims that fathers rights are being systematically and extra-judicially denied, a coordinated effort needs to be made to educate citizens, motivate citizens to use the ballot box, and through the proper channels to force an investigation at the highest levels with citizen oversight to shut down this kind of corruption, to the extent it is going on.
Fathers Rights Denied: Punishment For Violators Seem A Little Harsh?
The citizens of Idaho who want to have control of their state, rather than give it up to those who manipulate, lie, and force their will on the citizens, must become active on this and other issues with the same root problem. That is to say, all authorities who violate their oaths of office, the will of the people, and the law of the land must be subject to appropriate punishment for their misuse of the public trust just like others in the political and bureaucratic classes have been.
Seem a little harsh? Political leaders, bureaucrats, even police are subject to law and punishment including prison for certain ‘ pet ‘ crimes. What about those who “legally” (non-criminally) violate the public trust and the highest law of the land with disastrous results to society from their policies, procedures, and the violation of their oaths of office on a near daily basis? What about those who lie to and mislead the public to their detriment, directly or indirectly through complicity?
Why are law abiding responsible men being singled out for this kind of unlawful oppressive treatment in Idaho? Is this simply an innocent effort to socially engineer the further destruction of what may be feared as potentially against the establishment’s interests?
Has the Idaho political establishment simply run-a-muck and regularly acting against the will of the people whenever it wants? Or is this twisted phenomena something that is being orchestrated from the federal level to intimidate like the issuance of an estimated 16 million arrest warrants against young non custodial fathers for alleged child support arrearages was during a 1 or 2 year period a few years ago?
