Fathers Rights Visitation Denial…Oh No! Mom May Go To Jail
Fathers rights visitation denial case … Oh No! Mom May Go To Jail! Ya think? Civilized society would completely breakdown in a flash if it were to give way to the kind of twisted logic on display here by this mother.
I don’t see any evidence of, or credible allegations of, threatening behavior aimed at the children, on the father’s part, that would make reasonable individuals afraid that physical harm was being contemplated against the children by the father.
Could physical violence occur in this situation? Unfortunately humans are unpredictable, and that goes for the father, the mother, a stranger — anyone with the capability. Therefore, no guarantee of any kind can keep the little ones safe. In fact, I have seen cases where unduly putting a person in a corner by inflexibility, bias, denial of rights, or abandonment of the rule of law in exchange for the blind emotional ‘ end justifies the means ‘ logic being pushed here by some, can have devastating results.
I believe a plausible argument could be made contrary to the mother’s position, that indeed she is the one actually demonstrating a propensity to ‘ snap ‘, seeking a final vengeful solution herself.

After the divorce, though, Kennedy was granted visitation rights.
Now to the father in this case. I can’t speak to your other legal problems except to say, guilty or not, you are not a victim. That is to say, in the absolute privacy of your own mind, don’t blame anyone but yourself for your current state of affairs. Defend yourself as you must, but take the full impact of your responsibilities as a father starting today… clearly you have not thus far, or it is fair to say you wouldn’t be where you are.
Face what ever mistakes you have made, privately within yourself alone, and resolve from this day forward to always be the father who loves and wants the genuine love-based respect of his children. Change your current self image which is the basis for your predicament today, and replace it with one that reflects that of the best loving and respected father you can be. Drop your fears and begin changing your direction today, as needed. Your children, society, and your dreams need you! Dads Can Win!
Here Are the Terrible Results When Dads Can’t Win …

71 % of the nation’s high school dropouts come from fatherless homes — 9 times the average. (National Principals Association Report)

Fathers Rights Visitation Is Important … Let’s Keep Dads Vitally Involved!
Fathers rights visitation is essential — the evidence is in. The court has ruled and issued its order. No amount of shrill mindless blogging or jumping to conclusions will change the new question before the court. Has this misguided mother actively and knowingly deprived her former husband of his parental rights? Has she intentionally and repeatedly defied the court’s order?
